Paris Day Three-

It is nearly one and we just got back to the apartment. We really are turning into Parisians. We started late too though, both of us so exhausted we waited until around 1 to start.
Our first event was the Musee D'Orsay. That building is gorgeous, a remodeled train station with huge clocks that you can look out the back of into the City.

I think you get at least a bit of the picture now.
The Musee has a very strict no photography policy, so I have no art pieces to show you. We saw works from Monet, Rodin, Renoir, Van Gogh, and Degas among many other... Masterpieces included. It was a delight, and we managed to see every piece on the place, staying until it closed.
We had a lunch we packed ourselves here.
On the steps overlooking the river, it was definitely a tourist spot as the tour boats all stopped there..
After eating we went straight to hop on the Metro, and after a confusing amount of line switches, we got to Sacre Coeur.

May I just say, the twenty flights of stairs were a bit much. I thought I could run up them all, but just to prove myself wrong, I collapsed on the steps halfway up.
There is an incredible city view from up on the  Montmartre Hill.
Now do you see why it's confusing to get around here? Ahhh!
Before I got yelled at because I didn't see the "no pictures" sign, I got a two quite sad ones.
That is the Sacre Coeur idol.
There is an intense amount of symbolism on all the cathedrals, we read all about it.
With all of our serious study work done, we went shopping on the way back.
Mum tried on a few Parisian hats. Tres chic.
But alas, didn't actually bring one with her.
We do have now, however, each a handmade dress from Paris. They are beautiful and we love them very much. Pictures to come soon.
We also bought two silk scarves, Mum was trying those on as well, of course.
At each of these stores, she asked if we could have a discount because we were beautiful, and was both times turned down. Haha, oh well.
I was also told the color black is "too harsh" for me. And that white, blue, and especially red, are my colors. Go America?
We had dinner at a place a man in the dress store recommended to us. It took forever to get there but was definitely worth it.
The bar with a huge flower bouquet.
Mum's salmon dish.
The tastiest thing ever, the sauce was mind blowing.
Annnnd of course, dessert.

Yum..
As an extra bonus, here is a really cute pastry shop we saw.
If I was to work in Paris, I would want to be in a bakery.
It has been a lovely day yet again, and yet again we walked for the entire time and are exhausted, so I bid you Bon nuit.
